I expect to not only hold my shares, but I expect the price to be so much higher by January, that I will sell 1/2 of my options (after the split, of course) and pick up the other half for free with the premium. How's that for an senile, old man's faith in the Q. That chart comparing JDSU, EMC, DELL, and CSCO to QCOM for 100 months shows where this is headed.

I remain,

SOROS

ps I don't give a rip if the government that takes away 50% of my money likes to play TROUBLE and always try to send the successful players back to start -- my favorite game is still MONOPOLY

anthony and all, you could buy about $210 mil in earnings from qcom for $45 billion. or, you could buy nearly $3000 million in guaranteed dollars by investing in a t-bill.

that $3000 million interest could be reinvested and will earn another $90 million the following year (50% tax bracket at 6% in a t-bill). That means that $3090 million could be made the following year.

w/ revs growing at 18%, the world will never last as long as required to make qcom a good business investment at current prices.

oh, and this assumes the bull market NEVER ends and the economy NEVER goes into recession.

good luck on the greater fool game.
