I think that the odds are very high that GPGI will not be fully reporting in time and will be delisted. IF (very big if): (1)their new process & plant are installed within the next few weeks and (2)they start producing precious metals with a resultant positive cash flow for a month or two then it doesn't matter whether they are on pink sheets or full NASDAQ. If both of these do not happen then their negative cash flow coupled with the low share price probably puts them out of business.

At this point all the conjecture in the world regarding GPGI is immaterial. Only repeatable results (checks)matter.

Now please excuse me, I am going dancing with my wife.

Regards,
Bob
