William, this is what I know. If you must go in the after market, which I would prefer not to, then just go after that
(1) is over subscribed.
(2) that the gap up is some what reasonable.

Back to the Motley fool this is also what they had to say about IPO's.
"Two big lessons here. First, while you did well to zero in on a company that actually interests you, you still needed to do some digging in its financial statements. Second,beware of IPO's. It's usually only the weatlthy or the well connected who can buy in at low initial prices.. The rest of us have to buy at higher prices.
Most IPOs are disappointing performers in their first years or two. We prefer to stick to more established companies like Amazon.com."
Do you want me to name the IPO's that I bought that are currently in the stratosphere? God I wished that I had bought Amazon.com when clam clam was the first to zero in on its IPO.
Regardless of its lack of fundamentals. These TMF clowns are still living in the old economy.
