JJ, Sorry - I just checked and they don't seem to have filed a preliminary 10b12, which leaves me with the strong suspicion that this is their initial filing. This means that it is almost impossible for them to be approved by the end of this month. At this point, I'm no longer focusing any attention on this outfit - however, I put it back on my watchlist over here a month or two ago and just came over here because I saw some activity.
