I don't think the ruling on Microsoft will boost Nasdaq up.

If this is not appealed and if the government orders changes on Microsoft's pricing policies, this could negatively impact margins and MSFT. I am a Microsoft investor and will continue to be one, but it may not be quite as rosy. Change will not happen overnight and Microsoft will continue to be the major supplier of system software and applications for years to come.
