Good Morning Sergio,,regardless of the fact that we have white ground this morning<g>(barely),I agree, SKI will remain flat,it's done it's thing for now...As to EXDS insider selling, doesn't suprise me,,these guys work for the almightly option, and are taking some well deserved profits...Lowered earnings do not suprise me either, even though they exceeded some analysts expectations for Q3(there is a good interview on Vcall)..They are continuing to build out their data centers at a rapid rate, now including Europe(if memory serves, they now have over 20),these network centers are key to their success, but they don't come cheap. At this point, EXDS needs to spend, spend, spend<g>.
Was playing with some numbers,,there isn't much freely traded stock out there,if my calcs are correct<g>,explains the volatility

I get the warm and fuzzy's when I read the bio of the board members, not to mention institutional ownership of 80%<g>..I think in the case of EXDS, bigger stock price, begets even bigger prices<g>..
think about their recently announced acquisition of Service Metrics
biz.yahoo.com ..$280 million in stock,at todays price(sure it wasn't calc that way<g>),a hair over 3 MM shares..this is very important, IMO...stock as tender.....;^)DD
(that said,could be a tough market day<g>)

Sergio, what do you think of VRIO,picked some up sub 35 for long term..In a similar space as EXDS,but caters to small and mid-size business, major competitors-CNCX and PSIX...Another Janus holding, #2 in the Venture fund..;^)DD
