bargainman, back up the thread a ways we all pretty much decided not to nominate Civelli for sainthood right away. He is a connected money-man with a history, no doubt about it. You'll find more on him on Adrian du Plessis' site ... back in a flash with the url - imagenisp.com - click 'big top, sideshow, midway' then use 'find in page', there are a number of references Civelli will promote and raise money, while Staudt and Hinchcliffe will make the deals ... and, hopefully, i think, make them good deals ... we shall see The current starter cash is held in US$, approx 14 millions US or 20 millions Cdn.

Bargainman One of the main topics on the thread is that the company has not started a promotion campaign yet and has not announced the deals or plans (other than Medsite.com). The words is out on JDX not because the company is promoting themselves but in a large part because I have a very load mouth and won't shut up about the company <gg>. Mr. Civelli's past history is well known by the people following the thread and all his shares and options are near the current price so his is not going to make much money with the stock at the current price. In most cases like this the insiders will find deals that will cause a rapid rise in the price. Mr. Staudt has a history of building solid companies and Mr. Civelli has a long history as a promoter and securing European financing for companies at all time highs. I have been saying for several months that the combination of the two along with JDX strong capital base will likely lead to higher prices in the future. Best Regards KEITH
