Aloha Ike. Gosh, why am I not surprised that absolutely nobody on this thread seems to want to respond to any of the questions/issues I have raised with an actual discussion of the issues. It's a shame, there used to be some intelligent life here. Are you just exhausted by the continuing bull market or what. I guess I'll just conclude that it's somehow all my fault for asking. Glad to have made your day, I know the market hasn't, has it? I guess I'll just slink off, tail between my legs weeping at the horrible treatment I've received here. Boo hoo hoo.
