JM ... you're still presupposing that (1) there actually is any new material information, (2) that VLNC has it, (3) that VLNC considers it significant (or even new), (4) that VLNC has any obligation to do anything about it, and (5) that anything VLNC might say about it would be helpful to anyone. None of these things may in fact be true.
