Bill over the weekend it seems to me that Bill Gates stance
has being more flexible I will not rule out an up opening in
MSFT as a contrarian take on this debacle.

Waiting for the futures to open as an indication of things to come.

Agreed, Bill. I do not invest in individual stocks, but several of my friends do. They are salivating to buy MSFT if it dips. Their position is that if the DoJ leaves MSFT intact, it will shoot up. If the DoJ breaks MSFT up, the parts will shoot up ala Lucent even more than the parent (when summed).
