Well, I'm for sure whining about my options that got crushed by "bully" judge's decision to negate Microsoft's earnings announcement. But it's just self expression, I'll take my losses like a man because I realize that's part of the landscape, doesn't mean I like it.

But my point is that SUNW and NSCP made it a business practice to whine to the government to help strong arm Microsoft. Read Barksdale, McNeally, and the Novell guy who kept crying to Orrin Hatch. Instead of building a better mousetrap, they whine and cry and get the government to stifle the competition (Microsoft). Now is that the spirit that America is built on?
