Facing Alliance of Big States Industry is Seen as Likely to Build Cleaner Cars" Standards unfortunately begin in 2004 and tighten every year to 2010 They also assume Massachusetts will join in the standards which counting the three states cover 1/4 of the car buying population of the US. A mandate is what the auto companies need to respond. Tomorrow Tomorrow its always a day away. Frank
