E means they haven't finished their filing yet. They are working on it per the company. When they finish it, they will have the E removed. The company's goal is to achieve a Nasdaq listing, either NNational or Nas small cap.

SLINGER, Wis., Nov 8, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

'GRCIE' Expected to be Temporary Pending Application
to Become a Reporting Company

Effective immediately, the National Association of Securities Dealers
(NASDAQ) has changed GENROCO, Inc. trading symbol from 'GRCI' to
'GRCIE', indicating that the company is not yet a "reporting company"
pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
(the "Exchange Act") in connection with the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) ruling that all securities quoted on the Over The
Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) be phased into compliance with the new
OTCBB reporting requirement.

On October 14, 1999, GENROCO, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRCIE) filed a Form 10-SB
in response to the phase-in schedule issued by the NASD which indicates
that if GENROCO's securities are not compliant by the phase-in date
(December), they will no longer be quoted on the OTCBB. A copy of the
company's filing can be found at:

The company expects to receive SEC comments (if any) on or about
November 15, 1999, and will respond promptly and appropriately.
Management anticipates that the Form 10-SB would will be accepted
within the next few weeks and allow GENROCO to remain listed on the
OTCBB and return to using the 'GRCI' trading symbol. The company would
then also begin filing SEC Forms 10-Q quarterly and 10-K annually.

GENROCO, Inc. is a publicly traded Wisconsin company currently quoted
on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board. There are approximately 4,000,000
shares of common stock issued and outstanding.

As of the last close, GENROCO stock was $9.50 BID/$10.375 ASKED. The
symbol is 'GRCIE'. One may buy or sell shares in GENROCO, Inc. through
most brokerage firms.
