Mark..GENROCO Stock Trading Symbol Changed SLINGER, Wis., Nov 8, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- 'GRCIE' Expected to be Temporary Pending Application to Become a Reporting Company Effective immediately, the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASDAQ) has changed GENROCO, Inc. trading symbol from 'GRCI' to 'GRCIE', indicating that the company is not yet a "reporting company" pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act") in connection with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) ruling that all securities quoted on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) be phased into compliance with the new OTCBB reporting requirement. On October 14, 1999, GENROCO, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRCIE) filed a Form 10-SB in response to the phase-in schedule issued by the NASD which indicates that if GENROCO's securities are not compliant by the phase-in date (December), they will no longer be quoted on the OTCBB.
