John,

Dont get me wrong but Im still intermediate bullish, and the intermediate trend is still up, but the bullish talk is near the extremes again, which could be a contrarian indicator.

I am expecting some selling this week, but Im not expecting a strong selloff, and that this selloff should still be a good buying opportunity if the right sector is chosen.

We have to keep in mind that this market is PING-PONGING from economic report to economic report. Im not smart enough to guess how the PPI will turn out, but if it is good we should see another upmove leg. Even if the news is bad Im not expecting a huge selloff either since the momentum is still strong to the upside. I suspect that it would take a few cycles of LOWER HIGHs and LOWER LOWS to fully reverse this momentum and that could take months. Im more inclined that the next important weak period to start towards the end of the 1st quarter of 2000.
