I guess you are one of McNealy's retired soldiers. Perhaps that is your selective experience. Any manager or executive who survives at SUNW does so at a heavy moral and ethical cost IMO. Moreover, that is not how Scotty or SUNW is perceived by many who have cumulatively much more experience than you. But I can understand why you would want to hold on to the pretense that all is on the up and up with SUNW. McNealy's involvement in this MSFT trial is pure self interest and ego. He was preaching against MSFT in 1991 perhaps earlier. :)
