ed, they cannot show you an example of something that does not exist. they were not looking out for the consumers own best interest...they (gov't) wants to tell you where your best interests are. The marketplace has answered and decided msft wins...no says the gov't. 90 bucks buys an OS for your computer with alll the bells and whistles. The gov't says it is not fair that everybody can't have their own OS and gee, not everybody can succeed in this industry, and dammit consumers can't choose b/t apple, linux, and msft b/c they need 700 options to choose from to be fair... I hope we settle and this puppy resumes the upward march to 130 where it wants to be ;)
