Amend it. Ask for Tom Cox in customer service and he will fax u the original application.
Also send proof of you etrade and wit account balances, and may be your tax return and put your income in her salary as it is a joint return.

I am sure if u show the info on what u put in your account in your wife's, they will accept it.

I am planning to keep only 2K/per account in fbr, instead keeping it at a savings in bank account. Occaisonally if i get an IPO great. else I will use money to buy only if it is a stong buy, in my opinion for quality stocks like INTC/CSCO and trade out with minimal profil. I consider my fbr accounts as cash reserve. May be buy MO with 7% yield.
