Netflyer, While I agree with that poll myself, there was one flaw in one of the poll questions. The judge did NOT find that Microsoft had an ILLEGAL monopoly. He simply found that Microsoft did, indeed have a monopoly in the relevant (essentially Wintel) market.
To my knowledge, there is nothing particularly illegal about having a monopoly, even under the Sherman Act. Only the ABUSE of monopoly power is illegal, by my (rusty) understanding <G> Other than that, it's nice to see the poll results... it restores my faith in the country, and free enterprise..
