John, while I am not much enamored of anything inside the beltway -- and would dearly love to see the kabosh put on the lobby crowd, I'm not quite ready to be as cynical as THAT.. But I would agree if your point was that Dole's anti-liimpness ad was somewhere between ridiculous and offensive... Can't see how it affected Judge Jackson's findings of fact with regards to the MSFT case, however. That looked pretty straight-forward.
Could we agree that a smaller, less-intrusive Government and severe limitations on lobbying would be in the country's best interest? And that our businesses should be required to follow certain basic rules, in order to avoid the necessity of a bigger, more intrusive Government coming in to regulate every aspect of behavior?
