>>>Sorry - just the news.

It ain't news if it can't be found. I couldn't find where Bloomberg made any of those negative statements either, Dave. You will need to post a specific link. The Bloomberg link doesn't cut it.

On a different note, it really isn't very constructive to refer to certain posters as "short" or "hypsters" without offering definitive reasons. Personally I'd much rather read convincing arguments which counter one persons claims instead. I'd like to be convinced that my viewpoints can be looked at in another, in this case a positive, light. I post here to learn.

I appreciated the patent PR update where Scrapps mentioned it may represent the resolution of patent office issues rather than release of brand new patents. This is an interesting notion. Also, JM may have answered my patent concern on his thread over on Yahoo. I haven't had time to follow that thread for a couple of weeks now.

Also, whenever I go to a new thread I appreciate reading both sides of the story. It helps set initial boundaries for me. There aren't that many "happily ever after" fairy tales out there to buy into.

Sorry for my continued excessive vocalization. I'll REALLY try to be quieter now.

Shoe.
