I think you"ll be seeing fewer PRs from HITT.

They are now caught up in a web of PR lies and false statements.

Regarding the 10-Q. They will make those ridiculous
statements in the 10-Q. You can count on the November 10-Q to be delayed until early December.

The big problem is what to say about the audit. How to further explain the LFT thingey. The massive percentage of AR that LFT accounts for. And the lack of money from the Foley Group, unless we see some sign of the favored convertible debentures. These are always good for a few laughs.

Essentially, HITT will sell out the independent
shareholders for about $ 1.5M. That sez alot about the current inflated $ 80M valuation. The actual valuation of HITT is should be closer to $ 1.5M, in my opinion.

I suppose there is a possibility they'll file on time, but I think they'll file only an NT on 11/15. Don't be surprised to see a "Hitsgalore Announces Record Earnings" pr in advance of any SEC filing though. They can have record earnings if they want to - just recognize a larger amount of the LFT IOU than last time. :-)

That would be true, providing they put some information in it. <G>

I think it's worth noting that both of the LFT websites (.com and .org) are "under construction" now. This was first mentioned at RB a couple of weeks ago; I didn't say anything earlier because it seemed at least possible that they actually were undergoing some changes.

Have they just been dismantled?
