Victor - If the customer says yes to Mikey's lackeys, here is what probably occurs.... 1) Dell rep asks the customer if Microsoft Frontpage (we will preinstall it free on your personal Dimension PC!!!) will be sufficient for them to create their web presence. 2) Customer says 'why I thought you would create a turnkey package for us!!! 3) Dell rep (with a drop of sweat glistening on the tip of his nose) says 'ugh, let me get back to you on that'. 4) Hurried 'midnight phonecall' is made to IBM services. 5) IBM takes on the job of installing the hardware and creating an integrated package for the customer!!!!
