Vic, "There may be an underlying message designed to reinforce DELL's current advertising campaign. If COMPAQ has not succeeded in using the internet to sell commercial PC's as well as DELL then why should large enterprises turn to COMPAQ rather than to DELL for high end solutions and consulting services." I think this is the message Dell is trying to send... I suspect it only appeals to those who really don't understand whether or not they need an enterprise solution, and they may not be large enough for that to matter, hence Dell may be attempting to get through to a segment of the commercial marketplace which may not be able to use the expertise and offerings of CPQ anyway. In other words the pitch may be falling on deaf ears. Doug
