TALK VISUAL CORPORATION announced today the launch of an international voice-over-IP pilot program. According to company president Eugene Rosov, now headquartered in Brussels Belgium, "we are this month launching a major effort to add deployment of voice-over-IP to our video-over-IP activities. There is exponential growth of IP facilities worldwide.
