That was a tounge in cheek remark, referring to an earlier, cynical remark. At least SOME of us are convinced that sometimes the judicial system can be fair. But at this point, only the findings of fact have been issued. Not any conclusions of law. So the critical decisions still lie ahead.

Unfortunately, MSFT has learned that protection money must be paid in Washington, DC. Something which they have started do and something which SUNW and ORCL have done for a long time. That's how they had Orrin Hatch in their back pocket. They couldn't take MSFT on in the marketplace so they got Orrin Hatch to fire up the DOJ.
