Major option writers are usually big guys and,
in Nasdaq market, are MMs. therefore, it is their
big interest to drive the stock down/up below/above
strike prices with high open interests so that they
are worthless on the expiration day. aol's imblance
is on the call side which means its price may go down
when we approach Nov20.
please report to SI that I reply to you and please
check my spelling.
BTW, Office2000 has very good checkspelling function
but unfortunately I hate all MS softwares.

ike,
for the longest time,
i thought if everyone followed this options stuff,
it wouldn't be very reliable,
finally i just said screw it,
Scream it to the World:

In general,,,,I feel:

1. The Markets are 'Rigged' 2 weeks before options expiration....("Rigged Video Game")

2. I think *Option Dollars* more important that *Number of Contracts,* in determining short term price movements,,,

3. I don't think Original premium collected by option seller is biggest determining factor of stock direction ,,,,I think *Snapshot* of daily dollars is more important in determining direction if there is a HUGE dollar imbalance....PUT$/CALL$

3. Options infect the pure supply demand issues of the stock,,,

3. The bigger the dollar imbalance,,,the higher probability the imbalance will be corrected....in the future.

4. Huge Dollar imbalances become more and more reliable and often correct themselves dramatically .....the closer you get to options expiration,,,(especially ....if the cat is not out of the bag)

5. If the imbalance is not corrected one month, it is highly likely it will be corrected the next month...

6. It is amazing to me how *NEWS*/upgrade/downgrade events correspond to correcting huge imbalances.

7. I do not play options just the underlying because it simply distorts the true supply demand issues....

8. When I see 200-300 Million in (AOL ALONE) Option Dollars going off the boards every month....My Brain is constantly in awe...

9. Sometimes it doesn't work!

10. I have had a very expensive 'education' <<gg>>
