Perhaps you don't read widely? Judge PJ and the DOJ have been defeated twice on appeal by MSFT in other rulings. Judge PJ basically took the work of the DOJ, and shuffled things around a little bit using Corel <ggg> and spewed it back out. PJ and DOJ feel offended that MSFT didn't kiss their collective 4th points of contact. The real question may be why you would not be "expecting such a harshly worded one sided finding". Fortunately, this clear bias on the part of the dream team (Judge + DOJ) will once again garner either a backhanded slap on appeal or a settlement on MSFT terms. Embrace and Extend.
