... you do seem to have lost that fine focus on investment allocation decisions for which we all come here. What i don't know is why you lost it.

On the absurdity of securities law being provincial in this country, and on the state of inefficacy in which that leaves them - nolo contendere. I agree completely. The US has a far better system, though i am sure you will agree with me that it too has a long freakin way to go to be perfect, or even to considerably reduce the fraud and sleaze so prevalent in its system. But being federal, it has a better structure, a superior base on which to improve - on that we likely agree.

It is another thing entirely to make a habit of linking the adjectives 'sleezo' and 'scumbag' with the adjective 'Canadian'. I have known sleezo Americans, and scumbag Americans, and worse, and lots of them sir, but i do not go around pairing those adjectives in general use. Please try to understand this concept.

Oh, and one funny thing - guess what nationality jdx's prez enjoys? -g-

Now let us examine the relative heinousness of John's sin of making a post on cmgi,
in the light of 'acceptable community standards', shall we? ... who shall we pick for a shining example .... um, let's see ... oh, here's a poster who posts on the thread of one stock supporting another - Message 11758820
Now let us examine the effects - techstocks.com
... um, not much effect there, was there? I conclude that the sin is not a mortal one.

Watch this space, M'sieu - techstocks.com
