I, like MSFT, see that same handwriting on the wall Duke... With the findings of fact stated as they were, it would be extremely unlikely that the conclusions of law would be favorable in any way to Microsoft. In fact, there appears to me to be a lot of grist in the Judge's findings, for the greedy trial lawyers to go after MSFT. If the damages to IBM, Apple, etc were as significant as the Judge implies, don't you think we could be talking some rather large civil suit numbers?...
