It's possible but I would doubt it. While some may cheer now, in less than ten years the DOJ will probably be knocking on AOL's door just because it has become shall we say a dominant monopoly in internet space.

Yes they will have to pay millions if they don't settle ans are sued. MSFT will object to the judge and run this out to 2002 and then settle.
