Brian, you subscribe to a different "Free Enterprise" than I, or the U.S. does.. You are entitled to that opinion. The U.S. has passsed certain laws to defend competition and free enterprise. The Judge has made Findings of Fact, which he was obligated to weigh against those laws. If you wish to further argue that aspect of the case, you are virtually alone, as even Microsoft's lawyers have moved on. As shall I from this post on. Please believe what you wish, but I would prefer to find someone to further discuss the issues in the case who at least agrees that the earth goes around the sun, rather than the converse.
