Canuck: I dont know much about arbitrage so I'll let someone else develop on the subject

(from my experience, the most common arbitrage play is when an acquirer offer to buy a company at a certain price but due to some uncertainties id doesnt trade at this exact price and you can profit from this spread or when 2 stocks should trade exactly the same or at a fixed scale but due to some market inefficiencies or discrepancies it doesnt... etc)

I will do some research on BCE. Very low PE (probaly due to low historic growth) but Londo in our tigerinvestor.com boards calls it our canadian CMGI. I agree that technically the chart is inviting :)
