Duke, when there is ONE point made, as Netflyer did, and you chose NOT to address THAT point, but another, in the manner you did....that is known as setting up a straw man. It is YOUR straw man, Duke, and only you are arguing about the point you allegedly are making... so why don't you concede that point to yourself, declare yourself the winner, and go to bed.
As for the OTHER, very reasonable point that Netflyer was making, and the Judge found to be a fact... All the major OEMs were required to pay for copies of the OS, whether or not they were installed. That cost was passed on to the consumer. With ONE exception that I know of, NOBODY disputes that this occurred. And since I seem to be the only remaining person in the world who would even bother to dispute whether this is a fact or not, let me exit the discussion and you can go argue with yourself about it....you appear to be arguing solely for argument's sake, in any case.
