Recent spin off acting like a recent IPO. Same price movement as JNIC just before explosive move to upside. Consider: This group(internet professional services) is experiencing hyper-growth. SCNT, VIAN, and RAZF all posted over 70% SEQUENTIAL Rev growth The analysts are saying that the group is growing at a torrid pace. Some numbers based on this last quarter's revenue and yesterday's closing prices- VIAN 100 Rev $18.8 M MCap $2.1B SCNT 114 3/8 Rev $30.8 M MCap $4.0B RAZF 75 Rev $19.1M MCap $1.8B CIRC 16 1/2 Rev $10.2M Mcap $332Million (educated market cap guess based on the 20.1 million total shares number) CIRC is much "cheaper" than the others any way you look at it.
