BARAK PLEDGES TO FOLLOW RABIN LEGACY
Prime Minister Ehud Barak pledged to follow the vision of late Prime
Minister Yitzhak Rabin and continue to move the peace process forward at
Thursday night's memorial service in Rabin Square, THE JERUSALEM POST reported.
"From this very place where Rabin was murdered, let the cry ring out in
Israel and beyond its borders: we shall move forward to peace, united in the
conviction that the time for decision is near and that Israel's strength is
in the unity of all its parts. That is the guarantee for security and
peace," Barak said.
