Duane. RE: "The judge did not use the term "Illegal Monopoly" to my knowledge".

That's where my beef is. A lot of what the Judge says is vague. There is not much of direct finger pointing ( direct examples) and I cannot for the life of me understand why those GVT employees, paid by taxpayers, are trying to demolish another successful company which is making our economy thrive and gives the GVT money to interfere into their business. I cannot -again- for the life of me understand where we are being hurt. I don't think that Msft will install missiles into their windows. Sheesh.

If you really come down to the nitty gritty. Who is benefiting from those suits? I am pretty sure that if Msft would be deemed to have harmed the consumer, the real fun will begin. Hm. Hm. The Rule of Law and The Rule of the Game. Where does one begin and where does one end? Baseball and Msft. Interesting. Msft may be buying a Golf course. You should have used THAT for an example. gg. I am not quite sure how to apply this to Msft. They went to step 1 and then to step 3 and then back again? No wonder it was shaky in the beginning. Sorry, random ramblings again.

I got to get off from here so I can watch the debacle tomorrow in the market. I don't think we will solve this in the next cpl of days. gg.

Maybe the Rule of the Game will prevail tomorrow and the market will go up despite all this. Sigh.

That reminds me. Mafia. Is Msft using those tactics that we have to compare this to that?
