Niels, right... and then the effect would be to make it more difficult to hire employees in the future also. So MSFT would have to pay more to attract employees, if the options are no longer so valuable. It could be come a vicious circle. One which I hope does not occur. Although I do not like Microsoft's behavior, I consider the Company a great national asset and do not believe some of the more extreme proposals to break it up are necessarily good for the U.S.,for the free enterprise system, or for the world.
