Niels... The problem is probably on this end <g> I'll go back and spend more time on your proposal.. Reading quickly, I thought you were allowing some residual ownership for the developer, even though he was required to share the critical code necessary for applications development... Without some residual value in intellectual property, I fear that the transition you propose would be difficult -- the revenues, it seems to me, could not be replaced solely with a service model..
