Patsy and all,

heard a bunch of "upgrades" on CNBC this morning, supporting MSFT.

It does not matter whether you are a MSFT bull or bear, I think the SEC should be watching these brokerage houses who have upgraded, to see if they are pumping and dumping.

19B in cash is worth, oh, about 19B.
That leaves about 400B left to justify through their current market position.

With all the future opportunities that have just been closed to them, I'm not so sure it's with it's current price.
