I was listening to my cnbc tape yesterday and heard that TYC was buying back stock and that they were done with making acquisitions. hmmm, so they are changing their game plan? Then looking at the chart I saw that they were nearly back to where they started the year. I can't help but think there is further downside opportunity. Sort of what the p&f chart is suggesting...
