El: This is the US where law and order prevails". Reading this morning that Salt Lake City is rated the top place to live in the US, and you are more likely to be murdered there than killed in car accident. When asked to state what he most liked about the place, a resident said "I like the grid traffic system". It is also the home of gangs of teenagers who foreswear sex and drink and go around shooting up other teenagers who don't. Serves them right. There's a 10 year arrest warrant for me in Utah - a speeding ticket on my way from Las Vegas to Calgary and I refused to come back from Canada to face the trial! Go on El, do your duty!
