To mention msft and abx in the same note demonstrates your total lack of sophistication and understanding of equity markets. The market has not overreacted to abx. On the contrary, investors have made a sober decision that barrick offers little on the upside, why own it, unless it falls to 12 which would be a fair valuation. In the future, Gold will move in a range with spikes offering an investor a fair shot of barrick hitting 18 or so, hence a 50% return from a 12.00 share price. There is absolutely no reason to own barrick at 17.00.
