Company Press Release

Corel to License GraphOn WinBridge Technology to Web-Enable Corel's
Windows-Based Applications

Technology provides a ready-made solution for

ASPs and network managers

GraphOn Corporation (Nasdaq:GOJO - news) and Corel Corporation (TSE:COR - news; Nasdaq:CORL - news) today announced they have entered into a
licensing agreement that will see GraphOn's WinBridge(tm) Web-enabling software included in Corel applications.

Corel has licensed the right to include the WinBridge technology (formerly codenamed jBridge(tm)) with any of its applications, beginning with the popular
WordPerfect(r) Office 2000 suite.

By adding WinBridge to its applications, Corel can provide an instant deployment solution that will allow users to access Corel's Windows(r) applications over any
network connection, including the Internet, regardless of the operating system on their desktop. Once a user accesses the applications over a network, the
applications appear the same as they would if they were being run locally, and do not require any additional hardware.

Under the non-exclusive agreement, Corel will bundle GraphOn WinBridge software into certain Corel applications, and, in the future, will fully integrate the software
into those applications. Corel will also market the Web-enabled applications to application service providers (ASP) and customers in enterprises, education and
other environments where the efficiencies of Web-enabled deployment help save money. In addition, Corel will centralize control of the Web-enabled applications
and ensure that the latest version of the software is available on every connected desktop.

Earlier in 1999, GraphOn and Corel signed a deal, which saw Corel receive a 20 percent stake in GraphOn Corporation in exchange for jBridge software.
GraphOn took jBridge, then in its early development, and transformed it into the WinBridge technology.

''This is the vision we first saw when we started developing jBridge,'' said Dr. Michael Cowpland, president and chief executive officer of Corel Corporation. ''We
are thrilled that GraphOn has successfully been able to take our technology and turn it into a complete thin client connectivity solution. GraphOn WinBridge enables
Corel to be one of the first large independent software vendors to offer a complete, ready-made, out-of-the-box solution that enables deployment of its popular
mass market applications over the Internet.''

GraphOn president and chief executive officer, Walt Keller, said, ''Web-enabling Corel's Windows applications gives us an excellent showcase to demonstrate that
the most sophisticated and popular applications can be Web-enabled instantly and presented just as they were developed and without any XML or Java(tm) front
end or extra hardware.''

Corel will first use the GraphOn WinBridge technology to Web-enable WordPerfect Office 2000, which includes the following core applications:

-- WordPerfect(r) 9, the powerful word-processing package

-- Quattro(r) Pro 9, the spreadsheet package
Corel(r) Presentations(tm) 9 for use in creating high-quality slide shows and drawings

-- CorelCENTRAL(tm) 9, the personal information manager

-- Paradox(r) 9 database software

Corel will make further announcements about when WinBridge will be available with WordPerfect Office 2000 at a later date. Corel may web-enable its other
applications, including its CorelDRAW(r) graphics suite, with GraphOn WinBridge in the future.
