I wonder where Phillips came up with the SG&A figure of $350M/yr. IMO,it's too high by a factor of nearly two, unless they're counting development/investment costs, e.g. new spacecraft and investments in Russia or other countries.

In the May 99 presentation, G* said it would meet operating expenses with 220K subs, at the usual average 0.47/mou, 150mou/month/sub, that's 186M$/year (220*0.47*150*12)

As for sources of cash, the article doesn't consider cash flow from the resale of GWs and UTs presently on G* balance sheet. And I assume Lor will exercise it's warrants, at least if the G* stock price justifies it.
