Zeev, that was one of the possibilities that was posted to this thread. However, the stock is now trading at prices consistent with being pink. Something like GRNO, for lots of reasons? The real issue IMO is whether they go belly up on a new technology failure. I rationalize my long position as calls on success. Interesting that this option is also time limited. <VBG>

Zeev, let's say nothing changes in the present or future
from the past 3 years.

We get a PR, volume spikes and price goes down.

The PR is the same "tune process" stuff.

Shareholders know nothing more than before.

We can expect 3 more years of same. No check.

Here is the question.

How can this stock price go up? [Doug, this is all I want]

Here is an answer.

Since nothing will change for the next 3 years from
the last three years, the only way to make this stock
perform is to restructure the BoD, no?

Shouldn't the new company actually become the majority
shareholder and present management bow out with honor and integrity?
Let's forget all the "pride ego" stuff we have been
brainwashed with and give the guy a gold watch and ask
to give the job to the people that now are the only
keepers of the key to unlocking the metal.
In affect is this new company sitting in the driver's seat?

IF nothing changes then to get this stock up should we not
face reality with reality?

To continue with more of the same now is apparently foolish
and someone close to the top needs to let him know it's time
to let go and give the last mile to the team that can get
the job done.

Would you not buy back in if we knew that this would happen?

Not bad. No peepee. Medication is working.
