MCK was a case of true mismanagement. If ever there was a case where a company deserved one of these lawsuits, it was MCK. The reasons behind it were very compelling. Besides the cockroaches kept coming out of the closet there. Here, the suit is far less compelling...No real wrongdoing, just looking at a stock that lost value and trying to find some t's that weren't crossed so that the lawfirm can make some bucks. This is really quite different....Let's hope that the cockroaches are gone and UIS can rebound. It takes a while for these big companies to get traction again, such as ORCL. Bought into that in the low 20's. Had to wait, but it was worth it...Hoping for the same here. This company seems more stable than ORCL too. I feel safer with them long-term. Larry E. is so unpredictable.
