Ronnie Raygun was always one of my personal favorites. Carter rhymes intriguingly with "farter". I LOVE banana Dole- especially in light of all that Viagra talk. That's a GOOD one. Although it might be a bit too complimentary- I don't think one is supposed to make the sobriquet favorable.
