Do you believe there is a gOD at all?
Second do you believe that if He did not predestinate men , that He could at least see far enough or think hard enough into the future to understand (prior to making man)that many would end up in HELL ?
Especially after witnessing Lucifer fall and take 2/3 of the angels with him ?
If your concept of gOD could see far enough into the future and still create the men anyway are you further ahead somehow than what I am saying as far as justifying the actions in our frail and human minds ?

First you make it sound like it was a lot of Work for GOD to create us when you say.. give us a mind , consciousness, desires, .. HOw about an eternal soul. All men are given an eternal soul that will live forever... The question is WHERE !
The realm you are entering into with these kinds of questions is not given to man ! As it is written:
Deuteronomy 29:29 The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
You are asking questions that are in the secret will of God.. we do not know WHY God does not save everyone but we can see all around us that HE DOES NOT !
We do not know why He saves or LOVES anyone..why should not God just send everyone to HELL !
But God in Mercy sent His only begotten son as it is written:
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Is this believing mere mental accent ? No it is also written:
Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Are you asking me to enter into a round of Human Mental Speculation when God has revealed all that he wants us to know in the Holy Bible ?

There will be in Heaven ??
Can there be Good without Evil ??
There will be in Heaven ??

God has plainly revealed that HE is LOVE...

God has plainly revealed that He hates Sin and is HOLY ...
God has plainly revealed Himself to some and not to others.

I do not know... I have never and will never look into The Lamb's Book of Life. I am not worthy even as also another of the books.

All who cannot sing that song are those who are not loved of God .
I do not wish Hell on you. I would that you REPENT and SEEK GOD.
However if you do not repent neither will I weep for you from heaven...
