Professor,

My pleasure. Every day we seem to get another piece of good news for THQ and the games sector in general. Those who bet that this sector was just a fad or a seasonal thing must be very upset with all of these favourable reports. Now we finally have someone openly saying that the stock is cheap - something all of us who have followed THQ for a long time have been saying all along.

Is this a 'jinx'? I don't think so. THQ's market cap is just now big enough to come onto the screens of the bigger fund managers. Also, the number of shares outstanding will be increased by 50% very shortly thereby helping 'liquidity' for larger investors.

It would be nice to see some weakness so that one could add to their positions. However, with any drop in price we should see a stampede by the shorts to try an cover before the stock gets recommended by companies like 'Bear and Stearns'. Look what happened this morning. On very small volume the stock was right back where it was on Friday afternoon before the walk-down.

I'm looking for the stock to climb into the mid-fiftees soon. The fundamentals look great and so does the chart.
