Well cmrc has a sort of web-ized version of the ariba software model. So in some ways they can grow like a web company (not exactly since the supplier transactions still need to be done). But anyway I was wondering how this would play out with Ariba an installed software product requiring customization... nonetheless Ariba superior technology, vs. Hoffman at cmrc. Looks like its a horserace. I was trading some of the comm infrastructures in the summer like jnpr before b2b took off and imo if those guys can be 10-20 billion valuation then commerce and icge should be there too. Software is undervalued! heheh
